The rules for accessing and using the QuikDoors website and ordering portal.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cut-to-size orders and machining
services supplied by Regen Property Services Pty Ltd (ABN 73 600 831 347), trading
as QuikDoors (“QuikDoors”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order through the Cabinets.Online portal, by email, or directly with
our team, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.
1. Definitions
Goods – Any custom-manufactured cabinet components, panels, board products,
or hardware supplied by QuikDoors.
Services – Any cutting, CNC routing, drilling, edge-banding, machining, or
processing work performed by QuikDoors.
Order – Any request for Goods or Services submitted via Cabinets.Online, email,
file upload, or other communication.
Custom Goods – Items manufactured specifically to your dimensions,
specifications, or instructions.
Portal – The Cabinets.Online ordering platform used to submit designs and cut
lists.
2. Ordering via Cabinets.Online
2.1 All Orders submitted via the Portal are manufactured strictly to the exact
specifications you enter.
2.2 QuikDoors does not review or verify:
● measurements
● drilling patterns
● clearances, scribes, fillers
● appliance allowances
● suitability of design
● installation requirements
● material or colour selections
2.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all
details entered.
2.4 If any information is unclear, we may request clarification; however, we are not
obligated to identify or correct design or measurement errors.
2.5 Once submitted, an Order forms the basis for production and cannot be
altered unless QuikDoors agrees in writing.
3. Manufacturing Tolerances
QuikDoors manufactures in accordance with accepted Australian industry
standards.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
● Cutting accuracy: ±0.5–1.0 mm
● Squareness: up to 1.5 mm per metre
● Drilling: ±1.0 mm
● Edge-banding: standard commercial overhang and trimming allowance
3.1 Variations in colour, sheen, texture, and grain between board batches and
edging tapes are normal and not considered defects.
3.2 Some board movement (bowing, cupping, warping) is inherent to
manufactured board products and is not a defect.
4. Customer Responsibility for Design
& Measurements
4.1 You are 100% responsible for:
● all measurements and dimensions
● hinge drilling locations
● scribes, fillers, and installation tolerances
● appliance and plumbing allowances
● door reveals and clearances
● material suitability for your environment
● design accuracy and installation methodology
4.2 QuikDoors is not responsible for installation issues, design faults, or incorrect
measurements.
5. Lead Times
Lead times are 7 - 10 days. Lead times are provided in good faith, but are
estimates only and may vary due to:
● supplier or freight delays
● board shortages
● machine maintenance
● high-volume periods
● Cabinets.Online outages
● staff availability
● order clarification delays
QuikDoors is not liable for delays or associated trade costs.
6. Payment Terms
● Full payment is required prior to production unless an approved trade
account exists.
● Trade accounts must be paid strictly before collection, unless other
arrangements have been agreed to.
● Orders will not be released until cleared payment is received.
● Storage fees of $20 per bay per day, may apply for jobs not collected within
7–14 days of completion, or requested pick up date.
7. Order Changes, Cancellations &
Returns
7.1 Once materials have been ordered or machining has begun, orders cannot be
cancelled.
7.2 Because all items are custom-made, QuikDoors cannot accept returns or
refunds for:
● incorrect measurements
● design changes
● wrong colours or materials chosen
● over-ordering
● installation or site issues
● change of mind
7.3 Any amendment (if approved) may incur fees or material costs.
8. Inspection, Defects & Claims
QuikDoors operates in a high-precision, detail-oriented manufacturing
environment involving numerous materials and processes. While every effort is
made to maintain accuracy and consistency, very seldom an issue may arise
simply due to the nature of custom manufacturing.
If something is not quite right, we ask that you notify us calmly and directly so we
can assess the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy quickly and
professionally.
8.1 You must inspect all Goods within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
8.2 Defects must be reported in writing with photographs before installation or
modification.
8.3 Goods that have been installed, cut, trimmed, painted, 2-packed, transported
improperly, or exposed to moisture are deemed accepted.
8.4 We maintain a strict QA policy, with all cut and parts lists double-checked and
attached to each order as part of our quality control process. We also retain a
copy for our records.
8.4 Where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), QuikDoors will
repair, replace, or refund the affected component(s). Our liability is limited strictly
to the defective item(s).
9. Replacements & Service Limitations
Where a defect is confirmed, QuikDoors will organise a repair or replacement as
soon as reasonably practicable.
Replacements will be:
● available for collection from our premises, or
● delivered via our standard delivery method (where available)
QuikDoors does not provide:
● on-site delivery to job sites
● emergency drop-offs
● staff callouts or installation attendance
● labour to fit, remove, or reinstall goods
Your installer is responsible for all site transport and installation of replacement
components.
10. Delivery, Collection & Risk
Risk in the Goods transfers to you upon:
● collection/removal from our premises,
● delivery to your nominated address, or
● attempted delivery where acceptance is not possible.
Couriers arranged by you act solely as your agents.
You are responsible for safe transport, load restraint, and protection once Goods
leave our premises.
11. Warranty
QuikDoors complies with all Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Warranty does not cover:
● incorrect installation
● misuse, modification, or negligence
● water or moisture exposure
● design or measurement errors
● inherent board movement (warp, bow, twist)
● damage caused by couriers or installers
● manufacturer defects (managed via supplier processes)
Liability is limited to the affected components only.
12. Intellectual Property
All CAD files, CNC programs, machining data, jigs, templates, and production files
generated by QuikDoors remain our exclusive intellectual property.
These may not be reproduced, copied, or used for any purpose beyond installing
the supplied Goods.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
● indirect, special, consequential, and economic losses are excluded
● QuikDoors’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected
Goods
● QuikDoors is not liable for delays, installation costs, trade costs, finishing
costs, or site-related losses
14. Force Majeure
QuikDoors is not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● extreme weather
● supply chain issues
● illness or staff shortages
● power outages
● machine breakdowns
● transport issues
● Cabinets.Online outages
● industrial action
15. Privacy & Conduct
17.1 Customer information is collected and managed in accordance with
Australian privacy laws for the purpose of processing orders, administration,
logistics, and communication.
17.2 Zero-Tolerance Behaviour Policy
QuikDoors maintains a respectful and safe workplace for all staff.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, threatening, or
intimidating behaviour in any form—whether in person, via phone, email,
messages, or online.
If such behaviour occurs, QuikDoors may restrict or terminate your access to our
services, including closing your account. Respectful communication ensures we
can support you quickly and effectively.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
